JUIS collection is registered at the Chamber of Commerce with number: 87713535 ("JUIS collection", "We").
1. General
1.1 Below you will find the General Terms and Conditions of JUIS collection ("General Conditions"). These General Conditions always apply when you are using or place an order on our website www.juiscollection.com ("Website") and to all offers, products, agreements, and deliveries of JUIS collection, unless agreed otherwise in writing. The General Conditions contain important information for you as a customer. Please read through these General Conditions carefully. 2. Agreement and Order
2.1 When you place an order to purchase a product from JUIS collection, we will send you an email confirming receipt and details of your order. Our acceptance of this offer to purchase will be at the time we dispatch that product to you and a confirming email in this regard is sent. The acceptance will be complete at this time and you will enter into an agreement with JUIS collection ("Agreement"). It is agreed at the time you place an order it is your intention to enter into an Agreement.
2.2 All images and specifications are an indications. The products are handmade, therefore each product is unique.
2.3 We strive to keep our Website as current as possible. However, the possibility remains that a certain product is no longer available, in which case we will contact you as soon as possible.
3. Prices and Payment
3.1 All prices indicated on JUIS collection’s website are in EUR and include value added tax.
3.2 We offer several payment methods:
3.3 The order will be shipped once JUIS collection has received payment of the order. JUIS collection will add the shipping costs to the invoice of the order.
4. Shipping and Delivery Policy
4.1 JUIS collection currently only ships within the Netherlands. Please send an email to info@juiscollection.com if you would like to place an order outside of the Netherlands and we will try to be of best help.
4.2 JUIS collection offers shipping with PostNL. The expected delivery time of PostNL is 1-2 working days. The delivery times are an estimate. JUIS collection cannot be held responsible if the package is not delivered to the consumer on time for causes outside of JUIS collection's control.
4.3 We aim to ship your order within five working days after receiving payment. If this is not possible, you will be notified by email.
5. Return and Exchange Policy
5.1 We hope you will be satisfied with your purchase. If you however do not wish to keep the product, for whatever reason, you have the right to return the product to JUIS collection within fourteen days after receiving the product. You must therefore follow all further return conditions and instructions as set out by JUIS collection.
5.2 Before sending your return or exchange, please send an email to info@juiscollection.com with your name, the order number, which product(s) you would like to return, and the reason why.

5.4 The shipping costs of the returned products are the responsibility of the customer. It is the customer's responsibility that the order gets back to us, in order to return it, JUIS collection is not reliable for any problems that might occur during the shipping of the return.
5.5 The right to return does not apply if the product has been worn, used, damaged, incomplete, or if the consumer has attempted to mend or alter the article in any way. Returned products will only be accepted by JUIS collection if they are sent in the original, undamaged wrapping.
5.6 If the return instructions have been followed accurately, JUIS collection will reimburse the consumer for the returned article(s) within thirty days after receiving it.
6. Copyright
6.1 All photos and images displayed by JUIS collection are copyrighted. Without the written permission from JUIS collection, photos and graphics cannot be reproduced and publicly used.
7. Queries or complaints
7.1 In the case of queries or complaints concerning any of our products or procedures, please inform us by email (info@juiscollection.com).
8. Governing Law and Disputes
8.1 The General Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Netherlands.
8.2 All disputes that may arise from an Agreement shall be submitted to the competent court of Amsterdam.
9. Alterations to Terms & Conditions
9.1 We reserve the right to make changes to our website, policies, terms and conditions at any time.
