Shipping Policy
When my order be shipped?
We aim to ship orders within five working days. You will receive an email with your tracking information. It may take up to 24 hours for the tracking information to be updated. Please not orders are not processed or shipped over the weekend or European holidays.

What are the shipping charges?
Currently, we ship within the Netherlands and most other European countries. If however we have not added your country yet, please send an email to info@juiscollection.com so we can be of further help.

Return & Exchange Policy
Can I exchange or return my order?
We hope you will be satisfied with your purchase, If you however do not wish to keep the product, for whatever reason, you have the right to return the product to JUIS collection within fourteen days after receiving the product.

If you would like to do so, please send an email to info@juiscollection.com with your name, the order number, which product(s) you would like to return or exchange, and the reason why. Once we receive it, we will approve or disapprove this request. Once you receive the confirmation of return via email, we will send the return address. The cost of return shipping is at your own expense.
How long does the refund take?
We will reimburse you within thirty days after receiving the returned item(s).
